Returns & Refunds

You have 60 days from the date of your order to try SodaPower. If at any point during this period you are not satisfied, you can return your order for a refund.

Step 1 — Check you are within the refund period

You have 60 days from the date of your order to request a refund. After this period, refund requests can no longer be accepted.

Step 2 — Contact us and return your unused bottles

Contact our support team at [email protected] or +1 (877) 257-0825, then return your unused, unopened bottles in their original condition to our fulfillment center within 60 days of your order date. Please include your packing slip or, if you don't have it, a note with:

1. Your Order ID (found in your order receipt)
2. Your full name
3. The full address where the shipment was received
4. Your email address
5. Your phone number

Step 3 — Refund processing

Once our fulfillment center receives and processes your return, a full refund for the returned unused bottles will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your bank. You will receive an email when the refund is processed.
